The new book by our fave Irish surfer, Easkey Britton is out this month.

Ebb and Flow explores our human connection with water and its potential to restore a deeper connection to ourselves, each other and the natural world. The book also considers how deeply entwined climate change and the story of water are with our human health and wellbeing. By sharing Easkey's own experiences as surfer and marine scientist, as well as those of many of her mentors who are at the forefront of water protection and activism around the world, it guides readers into restoring our innate connection with this lifeblood of the planet.

Dr Easkey Britton is a marine social scientist, writer and ocean leader from Ireland, with a deep love and passion for surfing and the sea. Her work explores the relationship between people and nature, especially water environments.
