How much will shipping cost?
UK Shipping
Royal Mail Standard Delivery £3.99: Orders are sent via Royal Mail's 48 Service. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from when the order is dispatched.
Royal Mail Express Delivery £5.99: Orders are sent via Royal Mail's 24 Service. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery from when the order is dispatched.
Parcelforce Express Delivery £9.99: Orders are sent via Parcelforce's Express service. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery from when the order is dispatched. Parcelforce deliveries take place from 7am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
International Shipping
Costs may vary depending on location and parcel weight with rates starting from £6.99.
Customs & Duties Charges
Due to Brexit unfortunately all international deliveries may be subject to custom and duties charges upon delivery. These charges are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by The Beach Boutique. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs.
If the custom charges are refused by the customer and the parcel is returned to us the sender only the order value (excluding postage) will be refunded.
A refund will only be processed once the parcel is received back to us, the sender.

My Shipping Address is Wrong!
If a package is returned to The Beach Boutique due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery charge. The Beach Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
*We are only able to deliver Indo Boards to a UK address.
